Course Details

Seminar Fees:

The full fee for the course is £870 plus VAT. This includes all written materials, lunches, refreshments and course evening dinner on first day.
There are discounts from the full amount for companies sending more than one delegate, if booked at the same time and for academic institutions. These are as follows:

- 2 Delegates, 10%
- 3 Delegates or Academics, 12.5%

Payment:

By cheque, made payable to Earthing Solutions, via an official order (UK companies only) made out to Earthing Solutions or via a BACS transfer (Sort Code:16-57-10, Account No 53476165). Payment is required at the time of booking and the right is reserved to refuse admission if payment has not been received.

Substitution and Cancellation:

A substitute delegate can be sent at no extra charge or different delegates can be sent on each day.
For cancellations received in writing, the following refunds will be made:

- Cancellations received 30 days before course commences, full refund.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days before the course commences, 75% refund or 85% credit
   towards a place on a similar, future course.
- Cancellations within 14 days of course commencing or during the course, no refund, but a full set of
   course documentation is provided.

Accommodation:

This is available at a number of good quality hotels and guest houses close to the Business Centre. Details of these will be sent out with the course registration confirmation.

Registration and Venue:

Registration will take place between 8.45 and 9.15am on the first day of the course at Henstaff Court. The course will be held in the superbly appointed boardroom suite at the Business Centre which is just off the M4 motorway, junction 34.
Measurements will be carried out in the adjacent open fields, which form part of the centre.

Note:

It may, for reasons beyond the control of Earthing Solutions, be necessary to change the venue, timing, content or speakers. If substantial changes are expected before the course commences, delegates will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel and obtain a full refund.
